If you want to use your serial number for another product installation, you must first deactivate the product the serial number was used to activate originally.

1. Choose All Programs > Zeon DocuCom > PDF Gold 8 > License Information. The DocuCom About dialog box will pop up.
    
2. Click the button Deactivate and it will start the Product Deactivation Wizard.

   

    

3. Select Online Deactivation as the deactivation method and click OK.

    

    

4. Deactivation is complete.
